1. Collection and Processing of Personal Data (KVKK / GDPR)

By registering for AALMUN 2026, you agree and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data—including but not limited to your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and educational institution—by our organization. This data is collected solely for the purposes of executing committee/delegation assignments, evaluating applications, and maintaining official communications throughout the conference.

2. Confidentiality and Data Security

All information submitted through the registration form and motivation letters will be kept strictly confidential. Your personal data and application details will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any unauthorized third-party individuals or institutions. Necessary technical and administrative measures are actively maintained by our organization to ensure data security.

3. Committee and Delegation Allocations

The AALMUN 2026 Organizing Committee reserves the sole and ultimate right to allocate, assign, or reassign delegations and committees based on the organization's capacity, the quality and depth of your motivation letter, and your prior MUN experience. All allocation decisions made by the organizing committee are final and binding.

4. Code of Conduct and Participation Rules

All participants are strictly required to maintain diplomatic courtesy, respect, and academic integrity throughout the duration of the conference. Any form of verbal or physical harassment, plagiarism, or behavior violating the rules of procedure will result in immediate termination of the participant's attendance and revocation of all participation rights without exception.

5. Media, Photography, and Video Consent

During the conference, official photographers and media teams authorized by the organization will take photographs, videos, and audio recordings of the participants. By registering, participants irrevocably agree, consent, and grant permission for these visual and audio materials to be published, stored, and shared on the official AALMUN 2026 website, official social media channels, promotional newsletters, and digital archives.

6. Verification and Agreement

By checking the "I agree" box on the registration form, you legally declare and warrant that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and up-to-date, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
